1. Returns

You have 60 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be packaged securely with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
  • Please include a note with your name and order number.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Downloadable products, pre-recorded Piano Safari Institute Courses, and digital goods
  • Clearance items

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at admin@pianosafari.com within 60 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us. The return shipping address will be provided in the approval email.

4. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • In the case of a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund request within 7 days. If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the credit to appear on your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 60 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and any relevant photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including offering a replacement or refund.
