Shipping policy

Shipping policies for US customers: 

1. US orders are packed and shipped on the same or next business day (with the exception of holidays). Business days are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm EST. Shipping speeds vary based on which carrier you use, and an estimate of delivery date is provided on the checkout page. 

US shipping options on our website: 

  • USPS Priority Mail
  • USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First Class for packages)
  • USPS Media Mail
  • UPS Ground
  • UPS Ground Saver

According to USPS.com, up to $100 insurance is included on both Priority Mail and Ground Advantage. 

2. If you receive a wrong book or a defective product, we always correct these mistakes as soon as possible! Use our Contact page to let us know of any issues you encounter.

3. Once our packages are delivered to the mail carrier, they are out of our hands and the responsibility of USPS or UPS. Occasionally, issues with a mail carrier arise: 

  • USPS: If the tracking information for your package says it has been delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office to ask if they have any additional information. The post office has also been known to deliver to the wrong address. Please ask your neighbors if they received your package.
  • USPS Media Mail is the least prioritized service. It may take over a week to move through the system on the tracking information that you receive.

Shipping Policy - outside of the US

We are thrilled to offer our materials to teachers and students around the world! 

1. We distribute to the UK and the EU through QLM and Faber, and to Australia and New Zealand through Devirra. You may place your order on the Piano Safari website, and it will automatically be shipped from the closest location. 

2. While our US warehouse can ship to Canada, Canadian customers are encouraged to order from Long & McQuade or Kings Music to avoid exorbitant shipping costs and the possibility of extra fees charged by the carrier or customs.
