Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item. When you purchase digital sheet music, books, or other digital downloads, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to download and use the materials for your private, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated. You may not share, sell, or distribute digital products to others.

10. Pre-Recorded Courses & Lifetime Access

Certain products include “lifetime access.” Lifetime access means you may access the purchased course for as long as the course remains available on our platform, or for a minimum of 12 months from the purchase date, whichever is longer.

We reserve the right to retire, replace, or discontinue courses at our sole discretion. If a course is discontinued, we may offer alternative access to comparable content or permit downloads of existing materials where feasible.

If Piano Safari LLC ceases operations, access to courses may become unavailable, and no further compensation or refunds shall be due.

All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Piano Safari, LLC or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
