About the Composer

Meet the Composer
Amy Glennon
Amy Glennon is the Educational Director at The New School for Music Study (Kingston, NJ) and is a former faculty member at Mount Holyoke College. In her current position, Amy mentors faculty in the Postgraduate Teaching Program and has the opportunity to work with outstanding piano students of various ages and levels. Amy is an active writer, adjudicator, and presenter throughout the United States. She co-authored four duet collections comprising the Side by Side series, distributed by Alfred Publishing. Her teaching videos have been featured nationally at conferences and online. Amy earned her master’s degree in Piano Performance from The University of Louisville, where she was a student of Lee Luvisi.
